Oranro is a documentation, review preparation, and decision history workspace. Please review the following key disclaimers:

• No Broker-Dealer Services: Oranro is not a broker-dealer and does not execute trades.
• No Investment Advice: Oranro does not provide investment advice, recommendation of securities, or financial planning.
• No Tax or Legal Advice: Oranro does not provide tax or legal advice.
• Informational Content: AI-generated or system-generated content is informational only.
• Signals are Observations: Signals are observations based on user-provided data and saved activity.
• User/Advisor Responsibility: The user or advisor remains solely responsible for their decisions.
• Past Performance: Past performance and historical context do not predict future results.
• Verify Information: Users should verify all information independently before acting.

Privacy

Oranro collects only the information you provide: account credentials, trade history you enter or import, and optional personal finance context (income, expenses, goals). We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

• Data you enter — trade history, rationale, thesis, and money profile data you provide is stored securely in your workspace and not shared with other users or firms without your explicit consent.
• Broker connections — where supported, connections are optional and read-only. Revoking a connection does not delete your manually entered history.
• Do not enter sensitive identifiers — do not enter Social Security Numbers, account numbers, broker passwords, or government-issued ID numbers anywhere in Oranro.
• AI drafting — if AI features are enabled, your trade context may be sent to a third-party AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) to generate draft content. This can be disabled in Settings.

Terms of use

By using Oranro, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to access another user's or firm's data.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data at scale without written permission.
• Use Oranro outputs as a substitute for licensed financial, tax, or legal advice.
• Upload content that violates third-party intellectual property rights.

Oranro reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. During the private beta, terms are subject to change.

Security

• All data is encrypted in transit via TLS.
• Row-level security (RLS) enforces data isolation between firms and users.
• Authentication requires email confirmation.
• Service-role credentials are never exposed to the client.
• AI provider API keys are stored as server-only environment variables and are never transmitted to the browser.

Broker connections

Where supported, brokerage connections are optional and read-only. Oranro uses third-party aggregation services (SnapTrade, Plaid) to retrieve account data. These connections do not grant trading or withdrawal permissions. Disconnecting an integration does not delete your manually entered decision history.

AI-assisted content

If AI drafting features are enabled, all AI-generated output requires human review before use. AI suggestions are not investment advice. Model outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Oranro does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
